PARIS, Tenn. — Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for Jean Powell, an 89-year-old woman missing from Paris, Tennessee, who may have traveled to Wisconsin.
Powell was last seen on Saturday, Aug. 30. She is 5’4″ tall, weighs 145 pounds, has blue eyes and gray hair, and may be driving a 2009 black Nissan Versa with Tennessee tag PD72378.
