According to the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), the crash happened around 12:20 a.m. at the Arkansas-Tennessee state line. The incident forced officials to shut down all eastbound lanes heading into Tennessee.
By around 4 a.m., crews managed to reopen one eastbound lane, but traffic continues to move slowly across the bridge.
