TENNESSEE — Madison police are investigating after a woman was shot and killed early Monday morning.
Authorities said the victim drove herself to the Madison Police Department on Myatt Drive around 5:45 a.m. and flagged down an officer after being shot on nearby Scalf Drive. She was rushed to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
