FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. — A grand jury has indicted 19-year-old Westin Harris for his involvement in a shooting incident that took place in early August near the Bull Creek area.
Harris faces six counts of wanton endangerment, five counts of criminal mischief, and one count of discharging a firearm across a public road.
After a warrant was issued for his arrest, Harris later turned himself in to police. He and a 17-year-old co-defendant, who was also charged in the case, were taken into custody following the incident, during which several vehicles were struck by bullets.
Authorities confirmed that no injuries were reported.
